Translation Article Processing

When creating a translated article:

1. Copy the original article to the corresponding language directory
2. Translate the title, description, and tags
3. Translate the main content
4. Set the original article to draft: true if the translation is not complete
5. Update config/tags-mapping.json if new tags are needed
